Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received before March 11, we can issue a partial refund. Send your request to Shelby Scango at sscango@upcea.edu. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. No refunds will be given after March 11.
